Copyright Form instructions
In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, a signed IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper. The copyright form should be filled out and signed by one author, preferably the primary author.
NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE SIGNED IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM.
EPE-PEMC 2008 has registered to use the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) service. If you can not complete the eCF for some reason, the hardcopy Copyright Form should be filled out and signed by one author, preferably the primary author.
If your organisation requires the use of their own copyright form in place of the supplied Copyright Form, please contact us at pemc@put.poznan.pl before sending it and the paper, so that we might resolve any copyright transfer issues as soon as possible.
