Exhibition

The exhibition provides a good opportunity to present your new achievements, products and offers. The exhibition will be opened during three days of the conference debates. Exhibition stands will be placed in the vicinity of the main conference hall, in an area where coffee breaks will be organized. The detailed plan of exhibition can be found on the conference website. We will be offering exhibition stands in three sizes: 4, 6 and 8 m².

Equipment at the exhibition stands:

smooth walls of stands (2,5 m of height);
lighting;
electric socket for single-phase power supply (230V/1kW);
board with name of your company;
table and chairs (the number depends on the size of the stand);
cleaning every day after closing time;

exhibitor receives:

1 lunch ticket (+ coffee tickets) for 4m² stand
2 lunch tickets (+ coffee tickets) for 6m² stand
3 lunch tickets (+ coffee tickets) for 8m² stand

exhibitors are entitled to receive:

exhibitor bag (with visiting-cards, dinner tickets, coffee tickets);
conference CD-ROM;

besides, for an additional charge:

invitation to Welcome Reception;
invitation to Gala Dinner;
