The Organizational Committee would like to encourage you to get familiar with proposed opportunities of conference sponsorship. Each of the proposals is joint with good promotion of sponsoring firms. We invite you also to participate in exhibition, which is a good opportunity to present your firm on international forum of power electronics and electric drives.
Platinum Sponsorship Package includes:
- a short keynote speech at the conference plenary meeting as well as speech at the Welcome Party;
- access to the full delegates list;
- your logo on the front and rear cover page of final program booklet;
- your logo on EPE - PEMC 2008 Internet site with a link to your Web page;
- your logo on the CD-ROM front and rear cover;
- your logo on the CD-ROM containing the conference papers;
- your logo on a welcome panel at the entrance of the conference venue;
- 3 participant packages (visiting-cards, informative materials, bags, invitation to Welcome Party and Gala Dinner, dinner tickets, souvenirs);
- opportunity to include promotion literature or other approved items in a conference bag;
- central placement at the exhibition (big booth) for the duration of conference.
Gold Sponsorship Package includes:
- access to the full delegates list;
- your logo on the rear cover page of final program booklet;
- your logo on the EPE - PEMC 2008 Internet site with link to your Web page;
- your logo on the CD-ROM containing the conference papers;
- your logo on the CD-ROM rear cover;
- your logo in the main conference hall;
- 2 participant packages (visiting-cards, informative materials, bags, invitation to Welcome Party and Gala Dinner, dinner tickets, souvenirs);
- opportunity to include promotion literature or other approved items in a conference bag;
- placement at the exhibition (medium booth) for the duration of conference.
Silver Sponsorship Package includes:
- access to the full delegate list;
- your logo on the EPE - PEMC 2008 Internet site with a link to your Web page;
- your logo on the CD-ROM containing the conference papers;
- 1 participant package (visiting-cards, informative materials, bags, invitation to Welcome Party and Gala Dinner, dinner tickets, souvenirs);
- opportunity to include promotion leaflet or other approved items in a conference bag;
- placement at the exibition (small booth) for the duration of conference.
Additional advertisement items:
- a banner with your logo on EPE - PEMC 2008 Internet site;
- a banner with yout logo on EPE - PEMC 2008 Internet site with a link to your Web page;
- your company logo on participants bags (600 pieces).
Apart from the proposed packages some other forms based on individual agreements are possible.
